Had a balayage, haircut and blow dry with Arnaud and WOW it was brilliant. First of all the whole salon is gorgeous and with lovely out door patio for a welcome drink. It's very personal and the staff is super friendly but professional. The owner greets you and makes sure you are happy when you leave too. Arnaud was very friendly and a master of skills. He did a perfect balayage on me, just the way I wanted by asking me many questions and looking at my reference pictures. Throughout I felt very spoiled being offered different wines to taste (they sell too!), some biscuits and had a lovely massage when washing head. Overall a great experience, I am super pleased to have found the salon and will def be a regular. I would recommend anyone to go there for a great experience at a personal salon that makes you feel special (and not like a number at other salons...)

So I've been researching for a good place to get a Balayage for a while now and since I read so many good reviews about this salon I decided to give it a go. The staff is super friendly and the lady I had was very sweet, I did show her a photo of what I was aiming for and she definitely tried her best, very attentive, however the end result wasn't quite what I expected, when I got home to check the blonde parts were really streaky since my natural hair is darker and it just looks odd as some parts weren't dyed at all. Yes they do push you a bit at the end to join their membership but I passed since this was only a one off thing. Don't think I'd go back again cause I had to travel so far and the normal prices are too expensive.
