It was terrible. Did not get what i paid for. Was not spoken to for the whole treatment until i complained that what they had done to my hair was not balyage.

My hairdresser was extremely skilled and spent time to talk through and make a personal plan for sorting out my bad roots! Very good quality technique, would highly recommend!
