Ladies' Haircuts
I became a member of Chez Stephan's after my first time there I loved it so much, unfortunately thanks to the owner I do not know if I'll be going back now. Although I am incredibly happy with Franco's haircut and colour the owner decided that the colour and service was more than what I had booked for and tried to charge me double , attempting to explain the mistake during my hairwash. He proceeded to say the salon would 'take the cost' but I believe that is only because I pushed back against what he was proposing . Also during the majority of my appointment I had to listen to him fighting with the people of American Express on the phone - not the ideal ambience.
I love this place and have been coming back to this place since 2010. Charlene currently is the one who cuts my hair and she is a great professional. I love that they have a personal approach to all their customers, and know most of regulars by name. I definitely prefer this place to all the high street's big brands. And I love the fact that I always get a glass of wine to go with the service (Stephan has a great selection of wines too)

I had my roots touched up - matched beautifully with the highlights I'd had previously in December plus a keratin treatment
I was given 2 glasses of excellent wine and my hair looks amazing!
I highly recommend this salon
Hair Colouring
The atmosphere of the studio is so cool, i recommend it.
