I'd had an at-home permanent hair colouring disaster and needed an immediate fix! My hairdresser (didn't catch her name but she's brunette and French) was so helpful in advising me how to fix the situation. We went with a balayage treatment. She definitely saved the day for me (and the many months ahead)
