I originally came here with a voucher I found online. I was tempted back as I was offered a balayage and cut if I paid £65 up front. Which I did. I have been offered this deal each time I return which although is part of my reason for going back again and again, is not the only reason. I have had to different hairdressers who have both done a great job with my colour and cut. When they eventually stop offering the deal, I may consider the membership that they offer which discounts the prices of various services.

I have been a regular visitor to Chez Stefan , but my recent visits have surpassed expectation in meeting client demand. I am really delighted with the pleasant service I received ; and have received many compliments on my new hair color! The staff were polite , welcoming and diligent. They really made an effort to combine skill and talent with customer requirement.

I love the cut and treatment I received. My stylist seemed very experienced and professional. I'm still happy with the result.
My only criticism is about payment - they charged me £45 more than what I was quoted and the staff member was quite rude and shut me down every time I tried to tell him it wasn't what I was quoted. Despite my nice hair, I left quite upset and it ruined the experience for me. I was already stretching the budget to meet the original quote, so when it was increased it was not nice. He was implying that I was a liar, which is never a good feeling :(
