This was my 1st experience at Chez Stephan after a recommendation. Love the salon interior & ambiance and the attentive friendly service was impressive. Wash/cut/dry was spot on and hairdresser Fara really very good! I would love to come back & would highly recommend. It is also a fun place to come with a friend and enjoy a glass of wine or champagne whilst being pampered!
My only reservation would be that I would not want to pay to become a member to enjoy a cut &dry at the same price I usually pay! Perhaps the membership should focus more on the wine side of things, but that's just my opinion.
Nevertheless, an exceptional experienance and cut!

I'm a regular customer at Chez Stephan since a number of years now. Everything at this salon seems right: The service is consistently excellent (I go there for haircuts and colouring with Charline). The staff is very personable and friendly. Value for money is very good (as a loyalty card member, I enjoy their best rates). And the salon itself is a genuinely lovely place, with a professional yet quirky atmosphere (only place I know that sells both haircuts and wine...) Before I discovered Chez Stephan (via Groupon), I used to go to many different salons across London, trying to find that one place that seemed "right". I genuinely feel that I found that place with Chez Stephan.
