Second visit to chez Stephan for balayage and both times have been absolutely fantastic. I've been to so many hairdressers in the past looking for a blended, graduated dip dye balayage and been disappointed (and still paid a considerable amount for it). Everyone is very friendly, Farah was fantastic and my colour is exactly as I wanted it. I've had loads of compliments on my new hair and I'm recommending chez Stephan to everyone. I don't live anywhere near Putney but it's worth the journey.

Always friendly and happy staff. I had a vague idea of what style I wanted but Charline discussed how to make it work with my face shape and the small amount of wave I have in my hair.
Getting the pre-paid loyalty voucher makes haircuts excellent value for money.

Amazing experience! Unlike most other places, they don't rush you at Chez Stephan. Farah took the time to listen to what I wanted and recommended whatever was best. Will definitely be coming back
