I was greeted warmly, offered all sorts of drinks (alcoholic and non) and made to feel welcome. My hairdresser was really chatty and upbeat.
I’d requested Balayage and we discussed at length. However what I ended up with was natural looking sunkissed highlights, not Balayage. This was a special treat for me & my first time experimenting with blonde so I was quite disappointed that I didn’t get the result I wanted, I only wish I showed pictures of exactly what I wanted as we were obviously not quite on the same page… I also paid extra for keratine treatment, im not convinced it was worth it as my hair is pretty frizzy.
Overall a good salon, I would just make sure you are VERY clear on the colour you want & show pictures!
