While I am relatively satisfied with my hair, the experience wasn't that enjoyable. Staff were having conversations in French and there was no real friendliness of anyone there.

I tried this salon for the first time and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The lady gave me a great Blow Dry and even slightly styled it for me for my event that evening which lasted all nigh. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Over the moon with my haircut at Chez Stephan - she really listened to what I wanted, which is very rare sometimes. I will definitely be returning... and for the free glass of wine!
