I had my first visit to Chez Stephan in February through Groupon and must admit that I was a little gun-shy. I travel constantly and have very fine medium brown hair with plenty of greys near the roots which demands frequent attention so no matter how renowned or well-researched the colorist, usually first-time salon visits makes me very anxious about damaging mistakes.
Not only did Franco a gorgeous balayage on my hair flawlessly, but he was able to toned my hair to perfection, and cut it in a way that my hair looked twice the volume.
The result was amazing, and Franco made me feel comfortable and at ease while explaining every part of the process to me, with a glass of wine always at reach if you fancy - they too sell wine.
I was so thrilled with the outcome and my experience that I become a salon member for 1 year and enjoy "good value for money" discounts.
Since then, Franco and Farah have been taking good care of my hair and I am a very satisfied client so I definitely recommend Chez Stephan to all.
