I had an excellent experience in Chez Stephan on Friday with Lea. I'm really happy with my colour and cut and she was extremely knowledgable and didn't mind at all that I wasn't too sure about what I wanted! I would definitely recommend her. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning!

Farah is a lovely girl and a good stylist but should have a more detailed consultation with a client before cutting the clients hair. I like my layers to be long and 'chunky' (not thin and wispy) and find they are too short and the ends are thin and wispy as she cut into the layers too much.
