shop didn't open till 10:10am when my appointment was 10am. person doing my hair didn't feel she was top stylist what I paid for my appointment was for 2 hours 30 mins but it finished in 1hours 30 mins. I am happy with my haircut but not happy with colour the girl couldn't talk in English she didn't introduce herself for me to know her name. it was ok I wouldn't go again :(

Had a haircut with Farah, she was simply brilliant! She took the time to listen to what I needed done to my hair and did an amazing job with them. She was also very friendly !! I will come back !

I had an excellent experience in Chez Stephan on Friday with Lea. I'm really happy with my colour and cut and she was extremely knowledgable and didn't mind at all that I wasn't too sure about what I wanted! I would definitely recommend her. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning!
