I probably spent more money than I had intended as went for a blow dry and the hairdresser persuaded me to have a split ends treatment. However, my husband even commented on how nice my hair looked! Very French, was told how awful my highlights are!!
There was some confusing regarding the 2 treatments I had booked. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and got in impression that it was my fault and to contact Treatwell for a refund (no offer to reschedule). The appt. was rectified a short time later when the stylist was able to find both my bookings on their system. My hair turned out lovely and I would go back as the result was great but initial impressions were not the best.
