There was some confusing regarding the 2 treatments I had booked. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and got in impression that it was my fault and to contact Treatwell for a refund (no offer to reschedule). The appt. was rectified a short time later when the stylist was able to find both my bookings on their system. My hair turned out lovely and I would go back as the result was great but initial impressions were not the best.

After my usual salon neglected to book me in correctly I managed to get in for a last minute cancellation.
I arrived at Chez Stefan, where Farah sat me down for my consultation. I showed her a picture of the look I was after and she advised me that she could achieve that look with a full head of balayage and a toner. Unfortunately, as nice as she was, I was less than satisfied with the result. I have rather long/thick hair and couldn't help feeling that my treatment was a little rushed. The colour I ended up with was not what I had asked for and the toner that had been used gave my hair a pinkish hue. I called back a couple of days later to ask if they could fix my hair and the lady on the phone suggested I come in the following week at 6pm to have it looked at. I called on the day of my second appointment to confirm and I was then told that my appointment wasn't until 7.30 (the salon shuts at 8) and that it was for a cut. I arrived at 7 and Farah did her best to fix my colour, but once again everything felt rushed. I now have a big streak of blonde at the front of my hair that looks very oddd and I'm still unhappy with the results.
Although Farah was very lovely, I'm sorry to say I would not recommend the salon. The prices are high and the results are not good enough. I won't be returning and will be asking for my money back.

really happy with the end results, staff know what they are doing . Friendly and did a great job.
Only criticisms are i didn't get a glass of wine as advertised on the voucher nor did it end up being £44 i was charged extra for having shoulder length hair. But definitley a great salon and do recommend

I really recommend this hairdressers, I decided on a whim to have my hair cut and I'm so happy I found this place. The cut is perfect and I loved the styling after. Lovely customer care, I will be going back!

Thank you for a lovely relaxing couple of hours with a perfect cup of tea and time to do some Christmas cards... Farah washed and styled my hair beautifully and I was delighted with my highlights. Thank you Chez Stephan!
