This is the second time I've been to Chez Stephan and both times it has been such a pleasant experience! The staff are so friendly and make you feel relaxed throughout. I was really pleased with my balayage and would definitely go back!

Stefan always cuts and styles my hair exactly how I like it even when I’ve been AWOL and not had s cut for along time! A cut above the rest!

The hair colour and cut was great but I felt like I was being sold to. I know I have a choice but at the end I felt pressured to buy the shampoo and conditioner which when I got home, it worked out to be out of date (check bottom/back of packing before buying). I had to rate it low for how I felt at the end. Shame really as the cut/colour was good.

Another good experience at this salon. My colour was great! Hair cut a little shorter than I’d have liked but no big deal :) Thanks again!
