Had a full head of foils and a cut done. Carly listened to what I wanted and adjusted as she went. Also had a fantastic coffee while I was waiting for the colour to take to my hair. Very happy! Thank you Carly and Chez Stephan Hairdressing Studio!

Balayage
I thought the hairdresser who actually gave me a blow dry was lovely and did a really great job, however I was disappointed by the owner. I booked late on a Friday night for an early appointment, and the treatwell website was crashing a lot and booked me in twice for two appointments, one for 10, and one for 11am. I called up the salon to let them know and they said it’s fine to accommodate me. As soon as I arrived I was bombarded by the owner/manager, and given a massive sales pitch regarding the membership service, and alll their range of products they have to offer. 20mins after the intense sales pitch I was told I would be charged extra today because I double booked on treatwell, and he will loose commission, so he would be charging me extra. I said i cannot cancel the appointment online but instead I need to let you know, which I had done. He still charged me extra (and not the offer price I saw online at Treatwell - the only reason I chose the salon!).
Whilst having my hair wash I was asked if wanted to buy additional treatments etc and I just said no to avoid him coming back.
I paid the extra amount, but when I checked my inbox I noticed he had already updated and amended the booking to 10.30...which he said he could not do himself (hence why the extra fee!)
This was really disappointing and not a good user experience at all.
Blow Dry
Had a cut and blow dry - turned out exactly what I want. Very pleased once again.
