I'm not happy with price nd hairdresser as well they charge extra 20 pound because senior stylist 30 pound because my hair Little bit longer than shoulder but she left all my gray hair she didn't consult with me colour which colour I like they charge altogether 96 pound I think that's rip never go back.

Stephan was on time for my appointment which took me by suprise. Stephan gave me a haircut that family and friends comment on the great cut and style which Stephan does for me. Always a pleasant friendy welcome on arrival. I will always use Chez Stephan to have my hair cut. Merry Christmas to Stephan and his staff.

Stephan was fantastic, so attentive and funny. Just nice to chat to and be around. Love my haircut - my balayage could’ve been 5% brighter/blonder in hindsight, but that’s my preference upon reflection as he did give me exactly what I asked for! Had coffee - regret it. Next time, wine!

I came away with slightly lightened hair but not the colour I wanted. I asked to keep my hair condition good so maybe that’s why - but I picked the colour before he asked about condition, and I wasn’t told that would change the colour I had picked. I also asked for maximum if 1-2 inches off my hair - he took at least 5 and did it before I could say anything.
However I like the length even though it’s not what I wanted and the colour is nice. But no way worth the money.
