Love coming to this salon. Everyone so friendly and they really listen to what you want done to your hair. Added bonus on this visit was a NYE make up session!

The staff and venue are both wonderful. Just very upset / disappointed with the blow dry. Being told my hair was too long to be blow dried and that there weren’t any pins to pin the curls (which whenever I’ve had a blow dry before anywhere has meant the curls have lasted amazingly.) Then the hairdressers assured me she’d get a similar but bigger curl by using a curling wand, which ended up being a corkscrew wand (not ideal when booked for a bouncy blow dry - expecting big smooth curls) the curls I got were incredibly tight at the roots and straight in the ends from the hair being only touched to the wand for a second on the end parts - making my hair look super ratty. Had to go home and re-wash and curl my hair as I did not feel comfortable to go out with it look as it did. Not ideal to have paid £25.50 to have my hair look worse than when I do it myself. I hate to leave a bad review as the staff are so lovely but not impressed with level of service given at all :(
