The place is very nice; looks like a winery more than a hairdresser but its cosy.
The hairdresser (red hair from Latvia) was lovely.
Good quality of materials and balayage but not the greatest - I went with a coupon for highlights balayage and the full price was £235 (prices are too much for the service - headmasters with that prices gives you also a glass of wine!) they have a membership in which you get the treatments for half price which I thought was very impressive as marketing.
She tried to sell me a keratin conditioner and another treatment which I did not want so I refused; she did not insist which I appreciated.
Stephan (the owner) walked in at one point and did not acknowledge me whatsoever, even though I was sitting right in front of the door. She went to greet another client which I thought was very rude as customer service should always be your number one priority as a business owner.
Overall :
hairdresser lovely to have a chat with
quality of products is average
extremely clean
poor customer service from the owner
I wouldn't return again.
