My French hairdresser, Corallie, was charming, understanding about how I wanted my hair to be cut and did a fantastic job. I will be going back to her. Jazz music was playing and it was a lovely and relaxed time.

I really was looking forward to this it’s a shame this time round I didn’t get the same results as last time.
I wanted a high balayage, I have this two years ago in this salon & loved the results. This time it seemed as if they were a bit stingy with product. The woman who did my hair kept rushing & scraping the bowl when there was no product left.
My hair from two hairs have grown so the colour was only visible on the old hair. Nothing changed at the top... was disappointed. If this could be corrected it’d be highly appreciated.

The hairdresser completely ignored my request regarding the colour I wanted and subsequently left with a darker colour than I requested.
The blow dry was appalling and I left with damp wavy hair underneath. I spent over £100 and now I need to go and get it redone.
The salon is very nice but the owner is constantly asking you to spend more money on either your hair or wine!
If you have long hair there is a surcharge for colour, cut and blow dry.
The hairdresser also did not speak or understand English!
