The cut is beautiful but I am so unhappy with the colouring. It’s absolutely nothing like the picture I showed. It’s also not balyage- it’s blonde highlights. Some of which are really patchy and yellow. Some areas where the dye was applied look awful and stripey. My stylist was nice but she also sneezed and carried on touching my hair without washing her hands. I just did not expect this result after paying nearly £100 for this appointment.
