Hairdresser was lovely, but it was hard to communicate due to language barrier. End result of the cut and colour was good, however.
Not sure whether conditioner (when washing/ rinsing colour) is usually optional or not, as I was asked whether I wanted it? And concerned that no heat-protector of any type was applied pre-blowdry and styling, as well as the straightener being used on my hair while quite damp... solid steaming and sizzling going on.
