Hello. I had a lovely hairdresser who was very nice, however I never got what I asked for I was at the salon for 4 hours. I was asked to show a picture of what I wanted in which I did. I showed a picture of balayage. The hairdresser gave me highlights, which she has done very well with and they do look nice however this is not what I asked for. The cut was not so good. I have had to again go to another hairdressers to have it chopped into to make lighter and have it tidied up. Even though I keep asking for what I wanted it just didn't happen so in the end I just agreed as she wasn't understanding what I wanted. I just said I liked it to leave as I had been there for such a while.
Also the deal I brought, I will not recommend as you guys don't explain that toner is an added extra and that you do really need a toner if you are having balayage or highlights as I had 2 toners. I know you don't need to have a toner but it is likely and this is where you need to be HONEST and explain you most likely will need a toner which is an extra £30... I also had an issue at the till where we had agreed an additional £15 on email for length and on your system it said £30 so the hairdresser asked for £30 which I did refuse as agreed to buy email. I don't think I'll be coming back again and wouldn't recommend. Thank you
