I can't recommend Chez Stephan and Inna highly enough. It's always a pleasant experience, especially with wine in the afternoon, and I leave feeling like a million bucks. The balayage looks so natural that some work colleagues didn't even realise that I coloured my hair and it grows out really well so I can go several months between appointments.
