I felt this salon was understaffed, the hairdresser told me she hadn’t eaten her lunch and audibly sighed whilst doing my hair. She spent the entire time trying to sell me a membership and products. I ended up paying for a conditioning treatment for my hair but I had to ask if she had put it in my hair ( then used a straightening iron to seal it even though she said my hair was very dry with split ends). Left very disappointed. I will not be going back.

I love going to Chez Stephan fir my monthly haircut and have been coming for years. A great haircut, great company and a glass of wine or nice coffee too.
