Absolutely loved my hair and always do though, they always get it how I wanted. Though this time the hairdresser did get bleach on my coat.

Service was really good however my balayage was not what I wanted and after I left I found thick highlights and patchy dye. It wasn’t what I wanted at all even though I showed pictures of my previous hair colour. Really sorry Neus/Stephan but I have to be honest ☹️ Hopefully you can offer to correct it?

The only thing I would say I was sold spilt hair treatment which I felt I never needed.
