Neus was great - really listened to what I was after. Very natural balayage and a much needed haircut post lockdown. Lovely glass of rose too :) The salon could do with some aircon (but I did choose to go on the hottest day of the year!)

I have appreciated there was no need for an appointment as I was served on the spot but the only downside is that even under the present circumstances, they should have not tried to process two customers, at the same time and also, without any PPE protection in place.
