Aside from the fabulous job that Inna did - I was so impressed with her attention in giving me useful tips for hair management, and great advice on treatments moving forward. Very warm and welcoming and patient - highly recommend Inna! :)

Hair cut way shorter and different style to what I wanted and described (including showing a picture of a previous haircut from elsewhere).
The owner spent the majority of the haircut trying to sell me tasting sessions and bottles of wine even after me saying I'm allergic to alcohol.
No mask or guard used by the owner.
Too awkward to flag once it's done but won't be returning.
