Hair cut way shorter and different style to what I wanted and described (including showing a picture of a previous haircut from elsewhere).
The owner spent the majority of the haircut trying to sell me tasting sessions and bottles of wine even after me saying I'm allergic to alcohol.
No mask or guard used by the owner.
Too awkward to flag once it's done but won't be returning.

Great1st experience. I already booked a 2nd appointment for the colour .
The really nice surprise was that even before to confirm i will take going the membership, Stephan offered me a bottle of wine !
