I was told the perm specialist had gone home early and was told to come in later in the day. I did so as such, my hair cut was done by Stefan which was ok but he cut my hair too short for the perm so when the perm lady was doing her job she kept saying my hair was too short. The perm came out ok, I’ve had perms before and was speechless (negatively) at how straight my hair was. So, he applies gel to my hair - which you’re not supposed to do I believe as before it straighten my hair
