Good haircut. No issues there. I have been to Chez half a dozen times. Unfortunately, they tried to overcharge me once the haircut was finished even though I had pre-paid. The reason was that they used scissors for the back and sides so this wasn't classed as a 'scissor and clipper' cut (which is what I paid for). It still took half an hour, which is what my appointment was for. This is the second time this has happened so I can't go back again. It ended up being an unenjoyable experience.

Neus gave me a fabulous, easy to care for haircut. I had booked late, but had a wedding to attend and Stefan kindly gave me an appointment. The setting created a calm ambience

I have been having my hair done at Chez Stephan since the salon opening and always receive a very good service.
I felt really relax during my last, evening visit, having my hair done in a peaceful atmosphere, while listening to the good music and enjoying a glass of excellent, white wine from their amazing selection.
I am very happy with the balayage, and my hair looked great for the next couple of days after a blow dry finish.
I will definitely be back in the future
