I had to remind her I wanted a cut and she said layers was different to a trim. They all spent the entire time communing in a different language and I could have sworn I was talked about. hair is uneven and no protection was used prior to the blowdry

Very friendly staff, loved my eyebrows, the lady took her time and made sure I was happy with them. Was also offered tea or coffee.
