The trainee did my treatments( i paid+booked with professional)no one checked her work.broke several nails+cut+filed them wonky.one nail fractured to nail bed.nail Polish was applied awfully.I complained.she removed polish.had awful time.never again

Hairdresser was friendly but I don't think haircuts are their main focus. She asked me if she had cut my straight. There was a bit of a communication barrier as I don't think English is their first language.
