Plenty of gel nail options to choose from and therapist was very attentive. I did get seen 30 mins after my initial appointment time however the shop was busy with it being sat morning. I was also offered a coffee/tea. Will definitely visit again 😊

Second visit review: My first visit was amazing, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this visit felt rushed. I found it difficult to explain exactly what I wanted, so my nails were left longer than requested, and the lengths and shape weren’t even. I raised this during the appointment but was reassured they were fine. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as it’s meant to help, not criticise. I know the salon is capable of great service because my first visit was excellent.
