Second visit review: My first visit was amazing, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this visit felt rushed. I found it difficult to explain exactly what I wanted, so my nails were left longer than requested, and the lengths and shape werenโt even. I raised this during the appointment but was reassured they were fine. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as itโs meant to help, not criticise. I know the salon is capable of great service because my first visit was excellent.
