Gorgeous spa!!! Make sure you get there early to enjoy everything as we missed out a bit on some areas. They have a fab outdoor pool and hot tun with sun loungers as well as all of the inside relaxation areas and a lot of classes to choose from. Great deals in the shop on body products too. Would definitely recommend this and I'm very fussy when it comes to Spas :)
Building works going on, will be fantastic when finished but spoils relaxation. Disappointed in staff in the shop who had no knowledge and were too busy to help.
Forest Mere is having lots of building work done so there were large areas shut off. Having said that an upgrade is long overdue. Everywhere looks tired. The biggest change from our last visit is the staff. They couldn't care less. Reception staff made you feel like you were an inconvenience for checking in. Room looked tired. Stood for ages waiting to be seated in the restaurant . During a long lazy lunch plates were just left for the whole service. Customers were clearing their own plates stacking them on nearby tables. It took ages to be served at the treatment suite Champneys has lost its sparkle and needs to up its game
Lovely time at champneys spa. Had really nice treatments and did some of the classes which was lots of fun!! All staff very friendly.
Just a bit of a muck up with our room but quickly rectified!
