I have got uneven eyebrows! Didn’t notice at the salon only when got home... walking into the salon you are greeted by a large group of staff standing around talking and moaning. There were issues concerning my booking through treatwell as they said my booking was the day before and were quite rude despite my confirmation emails and texts all being for the Saturday. I expect a better experience from a spa brand
