Emily P was fab - I always have a different therapist every time I visit but I think Emily was the best I’ve had before. She was very polite, professional and chatty; she did a great job and delivered a brilliant express pedicure. My only criticism would be that she didn’t file the dead skin from my feet, which I have had done in the past during an express pedi. However, she did take care to apply foot balm and moisturiser which I haven’t previously had. I was a bit early, and she was able to start the treatment right away which I appreciated. The utensils are always clean, the water a good temperature, and a decent range of colours to choose from. Overall, I’m really pleased with the shape, colour and finish of the pedicure and had a great experience with Emily P for a very reasonable price.

Appalling. Turned up and reception was in chaos. Lots of customers and staff all trying to do everything at once. No one looked like the we’re getting good customer service. I finally managed to get someone’s attention and then they spent 10 minutes trying to find my booking. They finally twigged it was through treatwell and they hadn’t actually registered the booking. They couldn’t fulfil the booking so just offered to rebook or refund taking no responsibility saying it was booked through a third party. Wouldn’t go there again
