Amazing facial and lovely neck and shoulder massage included too. Fab Elemis products and great therapist. Left feeling on cloud 9!!

I have had back pain for a week so I booked in for a last minute massage - I had a discount code so it was a really reasonable price. I wanted a hard pressure to sort my back out, so I wouldn’t say it was relaxing but it was exactly what I needed. As I didn’t want a relaxing massage, I didn’t mind that the member of staff was chatting away the whole time but I’m not sure that would be conducive to a calming experience for others. They were super busy and seemed a little short staffed (everyone running from one appointment to another) but when you’re getting such a bargain, it’s very hard to complain. The room was clean and warm but not very spacious. Overall, I would definitely revisit but I wouldn’t pay full price (£40).
