It was my first visit and first waxing so was nervous a bit. The lady was amazing, she explained everything and put mymind at ease really quickly. The treatment was less painful than I expected. Beautiful facility, just one thing I would add to the room. Either a coat hanger on the wall or a small chair in the corner.

“Carley Senior” could not have done a better job and I am so pleased with the pedicure. I’ve been to Champneys many times and have recently felt like the standards were slipping (girl with short red hair could not have been less interested on my last visit) but Carley has restored my faith in the spa!! I had the luxury pedicure and I am so happy with the final result - my toes look exactly how I like them, the colour is great and my feet look far nicer than I could have made them look myself. Thank you!!
