When asked to identify the reason for my visit, I specified I would like her to focus on my upper back and shoulder blade area but instead she bizarrely spent at least 5 minutes stroking my lower back and didn’t really address the tension in my neck and shoulders at all. I don’t feel like the massage was worthwhile. Did not get the full 25 mins as she was late. Wouldn’t revisit for or recommend this treatment. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Lovely staff who did our nails, but one is already coming off of my sisters hand due to the nail paint going onto finger. All other fingers are ok and mine are fab’ great colours and the ambiance was lovely!

Samiyah did a good job - great nail length & shape, very convincing (not pushy but still successful) up-selling, and I left feeling pampered. Everything was really clean and tidy despite it seeming to be a busy day for treatments. My only criticisms would be that without the massager in the chair to lean against, it is quite a stretch for my feet to reach the bar and I’d rather have colour options that didn’t include gels and regular polish on the same selection.
Staff were professional and lovely as always.
