I spent more time tweezing afterwards than i spent getting a wax. the person doing the wax just said half way through 'oh the rest wont come out', and didnt try any alternative wax e.g. strip. it was very patchy, rushed and quick.

When asked to identify the reason for my visit, I specified I would like her to focus on my upper back and shoulder blade area but instead she bizarrely spent at least 5 minutes stroking my lower back and didn’t really address the tension in my neck and shoulders at all. I don’t feel like the massage was worthwhile. Did not get the full 25 mins as she was late. Wouldn’t revisit for or recommend this treatment. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Lovely staff who did our nails, but one is already coming off of my sisters hand due to the nail paint going onto finger. All other fingers are ok and mine are fab’ great colours and the ambiance was lovely!
