Nothing like a facial I’ve ever had before. More like a swoopy oily massage over face, hair and shoulders. Products were rubbed up face over eyes- horrible!!! How can you be relaxed and calm when you’re about to get product rubbed in your eyes! The shoulder/arm massage would have been lovely if I’d known that was going to be done- as it was I was worrying about how my clothes were going to be ruined with oil when I got dressed afterwards. I know that no one expects to look ready to hit the town after a facial but I didn’t expect to look like a Halloween horror show. Oils and moisturisers and face scrub rubbed into my hair, mascara panda eyes and dripping in oil. It’s surely not a good advert for the place for me to leaving looking so terrible. At least tell me I’ve got mascara down my cheeks! I don’t feel the facial did my skin any benefits.

This was my second time visiting the spa, having gel on hands. My therapist Emily was a perfectionist & I am very pleased with my nails.Will definitely be back for the same treatment for a third time. Lovely space of calm in the centre of Guildford.
