Appointment at 16.15 started called over to table at 16.25 , no apology for late running , hence not out on the time expected . NAils look good , I’ll see how they last .

I would describe the experience as joyless. The therapist did not engage in any conversation, seemed in a hurry to be finished, has completed the manicure with a poor finish and has left me with polish on my toes (on the skin). I almost feel I could have done better painting them myself.
