Rosie/Rosanna gave me a lovely massage. I find her to be one of the best at champneys for massage and would definitely re-book with her again. She was really friendly, provided me with lots of information about the treatment and checked the areas I wanted to focus on/pressure etc. Very professional. The treatment lasted exactly 25 minutes, including the time it took to get to the room, undress and prepare. Considering I received a discount for this massage, I think it was good value for money.
The only thing I would change about my experience is that i found the room to be slightly colder than I would have liked. We have had some hot weather recently so I imagine the temperatures have been adjusted to reflect this but I was definitely a little bit colder than I would have chosen.

Emily did a great job of my nails, they look amazing and definitely ready for summer. She helped me choose the perfect colour and shaped the nails exactly as I like them. Always impressed with the service in Guildford Champneys - the team are a dream!
