This treatment was good - Pearl was really friendly, very professional and punctual, and did a great job of talking me through each step of the pedicure. Sadly one of my toenails had broken the day before and nothing could be done to make it look like the others - I think I’ve been spoilt by getting pedicures from Carly who always manages to rescue them.
The boots could have been a little bit warmer (but I’m sure Pearl would have adjusted them if I had said something at the time). Still not really sure whether the massage chairs are there to be used or not as no one ever seems to turn them on but they do help bring me forward in the seat so it is less of a stretch to get my feet on the bar. Overall, very happy!
