I had a Hollywood Wax but they left lots of little hairs, too many for me to pluck myself. It is a lovely place and the staff are very sweet, I just would have liked to come away entirely free of hair down there.

Champneys in Guildford is right in the middle of town however the building itself is dated (horrible loos!) and so are the treatment rooms. That said, the staff seemed nice and friendly and the girl who did my massage was sweet and the massage was good. Still feels expensive given the ambiance (or lack thereof).

The place was lovely and very clean, however there seemed to be a problem with my booking and initially the staff thought that I had booked only one waxing session when I had booked two (bikini and full leg). Because of this, after they finished with the bikini, I had to wait about 20 minutes before starting on my legs because there was no one available to do it immediately after I finished my first session. However, I must say that the girl who waxed my legs was excellent.

Lovely staff as usual, friendly and chatty, and efficient. Waxing was overall good, missed a little bit.
