Good waxing with no bruising/blistering etc as I've had from other establishments however there were a lot of stray hairs left. Overall I would rate it 4*

A really good Brazilian wax, quick and nice finish. No missed hairs! The room was a little gloomy but they seemed to be installing new lights. Overall very satisfied with experience.
