My 2nd Brazilian waxing here & although it was a different member of staff, it wasn't an excellent experience. Paid for hot wax & the woman used strips for part of it causing quite a lot of hair to break. She also couldn't remove the hot wax in one clean motion. Not sure if it was the chatting or not concentrating but so far, I've been unimpressed by the experience here.

I have frequently used Champneys for lip and chin waxing and more often than not the waxing results in my skin being taken off. I thought it was just me but I have had waxing elsewhere and it doesn't happen. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but a senior beautician did the treatment and it's not better. They need better staff.

The therapist was incredibly sensitive to the fact that I'm a waxing newby and made me feel as comfortable as I could, considering it's a painful experience!

Really great wax, lovely calming environment of the spa for the same price as a salon. The therapist was lovely and made me feel at ease. Will definitely go back!
