I felt the cleanliness was low. The pillow I was on was covered in hair. When I turned over and looked at the walls the were covered In dust. I was shocked at this and champneys spa was like this as they are typically so good.
Also I had my legs waxed and a whole side was missed. Highly dosspaointed with this

Very happy with treatment and service, used Champneys for the first time due to Sunday opening. Dropped one star as no lotion was applied after the treatment.

My reflexology treatment was great. The therapist was very knowledgeable and informative. It's such a fascinating subject. I always leave relaxed and more in touch with myself. Highly recommended.

A lovely clean, polite and efficient venue. Waxing experience of staff is not great though - they never check if they have left any patches of hair which is standard for all beauticians to do and they always leave large patches, and I was burned this time!
