I am very impressed with Champneys. Following a not so good experience of waxing in October, the manager immediately followed up and took on board my feedback. I have since been back twice and my feedback was taken on board and I have had one of the best waxing experiences here in twenty years of waxing globally. This experience has left me in no doubt of using Champneys in future as they immediately act upon feedback. For a tip - I highly recommend Sally for waxing, one of the best therapists I have had.

The treatments rooms are at the back of a shop front, bit something I'm used to but my therapist was good and the treatment room away from the shop.

Booked the appointment and paid with the app but got an email soon after booking from the spa to say that they didn't have that slot available. We arranged another slot. When I did get to the spa, they couldn't find me on the system. However, I then got to have my treatment (gel nails) which in itself was great - very neat and is lasting well. There could have been a better selection of colours but that's not the end of the earth!
My main concern was how unwelcome the staff made me feel. I felt like I was in the way and not a valued customer which means I'll not be visiting again. Sandra Dawn Beauty Clinic in Guildford has exceptional service and I'll be going there from now on.
