When I first arrived I was told that I couldn't be seen and that I had been contacted as there wasn't enough space and I'm guessing that was because I broke through Treatwell. But, the receptionist asked someone and they said they could fit me in and did both my treatments in 15 minutes both of which I am very happy about and the practitioner (think this is right word) was lovely and very knowledgable giving me very good tips.

Massage was good but by the time we'd got upstairs, got ready, chosen an oil and the therapist finished the massage a few minutes early the massage itself was probably no more than 45 minutes. Poor value for money and not good enough to justify the premium over other venues

Lovely staff and nice spa. The prices are high for what you get but the girls are very skilled and friendly and for that I will come back.

I came here as my normal place was booked up, very nice atmosphere & aesthetics, also the lady that did my wax was very nice and welcoming, only criticism is that a few hairs were missed, but otherwise great, will definitely make this my new waxing place
